Laser additive remanufacturing parameters optimization and experimental study of heavy-duty sprocket

چکیده
Experimental research on laser additive remanufacturing technology of heavy-duty sprocket was carried out. The influences power, scanning speed, and powder feeding rate cladding height, area, melting dilution were compared analyzed. prediction models the combination process parameters with geometric characteristics layer established. A multi-objective parameter optimization model maximum height minimum as objective functions established, optimized solved based MOPSO algorithm. repairing experiment damaged out by using optimal combination, microstructure mechanical properties repaired region results show that speed are main factors influencing have good accuracy. (1150 W, 950 mm/min, 3.8 rad/min) obtained algorithm adopted to repair sprocket. area without cracks pores metallurgical bonding substrate, microhardness is twice substrate. experimental prove feasible has a strong engineering application prospect.
